Refund policy

We do not offer refunds/ exchanges 

unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you received a defective item(s), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us via Instagram or at hello@bossarikids.com 
you must provide photos of your item(s). If you fail  to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, we will not be able to offer an exchange nor store credit.

Quality Check

All Bossari items are checked twice for missing pieces, loose links, damages etc before shipping to our customers. We understand accidents happen while wearing accessories, so please be advised that all sales are FINAL.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
